Delivery Information

At Garden & Home Direct we pleased offer free standard delivery on all orders over £100 and starting at only £3.95 under £100.

Additional cost may apply to orders delivered to the scottish highlands and islands.

We try to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible and this is usually in 1-2 working days (Mon-Fri).

Orders should be received 1-2 days after the dispatch email has been recieved.

All Uk mainland deliveries should be received within 5 working days after the order has been placed, if your order has not been received after 6 days please contact us at orders@gardenandhomedirect.co.uk and we investigate what the issue may be.

We currently only dispatch orders to the UK mainland and highlands and islands of Scotland.

We are currently not offering delivery to Northern Ireland.

We use a range of different carriers depending on the size and weight of your order.

Current carriers include DHL Parcel, TNT / Fedex, DX, DPD, Parcelforce and Royal Mail.

All orders receive a tracking number when dispatched. A dispatch email will be sent and the tracking details will be enclosed in this email.

Order tracking details can also be found in your account.

Please include a mobile phone number at the time of purchase as most carriers will give updates through sms messages on the status of your delivery.
